Human Resources Generalist

A company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to support daily HR functions and assist in building a scalable HR foundation.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting and onboarding processes

Support HR operations, including policy implementation and payroll coordination

Assist in systemizing HR workflows and documenting processes for efficiency

Qualifications

3+ years of HR generalist or HR coordinator experience

Proven experience in recruiting and talent acquisition

Working knowledge of ADP RUN or Workforce Now and Bill.com

HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus but not required

Experience in a SaaS, tech, or investigative industry is a plus
