Job description

A company is looking for a Case Manager to resolve technical and non-technical issues related to its services.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Network and System administrators to achieve common goals

Act as the first-line support for internal and external parties

Continuously optimize processes to enhance customer service experience

Required Qualifications

Thorough understanding of Routing, Switching, SD-WAN, and cloud concepts

At least 5 years of experience in IT / Telecommunications

Good understanding of IT best practices and ITIL v3

CCNA or equivalent certification required

Experience with Network Management & Monitoring Tools
