Jackson Family Wines is searching for an Associate Brand Manager. This position works with the Estates and Spire division within the Jackson Family Wines portfolio. The Associate Brand Manager partners with the Director of Marketing to develop and execute the business and marketing strategies for a collection of wineries, including : Matanzas Creek, Siduri, Cambria, Hartford Family Winery, Maggy Hawk, and Windracer. Essential responsibilities :

• Partner with Director of Marketing and SVP of Marketing on long-term and annual business and marketing plan
• Research, analyze and provide brand and market data / insights as needed to Director of Marketing
• Lead and execute initiatives aligned to brand strategy including event marketing, digital marketing, trade / media / consumer tastings and direct to consumer marketing
• Project and Process Management : as determined by brand plans, partner with brand leadership to develop project timelines and traffic execution, coordinated with relevant departments, agencies and vendors
• Lead cross-functional team communication and meetings
• Manage email proofing and approval process
• Support and develop copywriting for sales tools and other B2B applications
• Prepare reports to update stakeholders on monthly business results
• Support new product launches
• Partner with Sales to develop effective trade tools to drive distribution and velocity
• Manage components of the P&L : Marketing budget, sales forecast, COGS

Job requirements :

Wage transparency : The base salary for this role ranges from $90,000 - $100,000 annually. Compensation will be determined by candidate experience, skills, and location.
