The firm is seeking a dynamic on-camera professional with a background in journalism, communications, or broadcasting to co-lead a twice-weekly video podcast and monthly webinar series. The ideal candidate will enjoy interviewing diverse guests, developing engaging content, and contributing to the firm’s educational and community initiatives. This is a Lifestyle Podcast role - no Wealth Management industry experience required.

Full-time, five-day-per-week, in-office position in Columbia, Maryland.

Highlights

• Host and co-produce a twice-weekly lifestyle video podcast featuring guests such as doctors, chefs, wellness experts, and thought leaders
• Topics may include cooking, nutrition, yoga, fitness, brain health, and healthy aging
• Partner closely with the senior host on interviews and production planning
• Lead 5–8 lifestyle webinars each month
• Provide short weekly sessions coaching colleagues on on-camera presentation skills
• Represent the firm at select community and client events
• Competitive compensation package ($90,000 – $110,000 base plus bonuses ranging from $0 – $15,000, and excellent benefits)
