BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE MANAGER

SAN ANTONIO, TX – ONSITE

$135,000 – $150,000 BASE SALARY

This organization is actively investing in enterprise data capabilities to drive operational excellence, efficiency, and strategic insights across key business functions. With expanding needs across operations, supply chain, and labor analytics, they are looking to build out their internal Business Intelligence function to support cross-functional decision-making with scalable, self-service analytics and advanced KPI frameworks.

ROLE :

As the Business Intelligence Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end development, governance, and enablement of enterprise reporting solutions. This is a highly visible individual contributor (IC) role to start, with the potential to evolve into a leadership position as the team scales. You will design and implement robust, scalable dashboards, manage self-service reporting capabilities, and collaborate across business units to define metrics and deliver impactful data narratives that influence operational and strategic outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Architect, develop, and maintain dashboards using Power BI (preferred) or other BI tools (e.g., Tableau)
• Lead self-service reporting initiatives across the enterprise, ensuring scalability and data consistency
• Partner with operational and cross-functional stakeholders to define and monitor business-critical KPIs
• Own the design and execution of a BI roadmap aligned with organizational priorities
• Provide internal training and enablement to drive self-service adoption and data literacy
• Synthesize data into actionable insights and compelling narratives to support decision-making at multiple levels
• Serve as the technical owner of the BI reporting infrastructure, data models, and governance
