Civil Project Manager – Land Development
Metro Reference : Dallas–Fort Worth–Arlington, TX
Location : Denton / McKinney / Collin County, TX
Salary : $110,000 – $135,000 + bonus
Design tomorrow’s Texas communities. Lead diverse site design projects across North Texas—from commercial developments to master-planned communities.
What You’ll Do :
Oversee land development projects from due diligence through approval.
Lead design of grading, drainage, stormwater, and utilities.
Manage client communication and internal design teams.
Coordinate permitting with local municipalities.
What You’ll Need :
B.S. in Civil Engineering.
6–10 years of land development experience.
P.E. in Texas preferred.
Civil 3D and hydrology / hydraulic modeling experience.
