Job descriptionA large, well established and nationally recognized Community Health Organization is seeking to recruit two full-time Ob / Gyn physicians. They have Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available! Their very dedicated staff cater to an underserved patient population. They have very nice, modern offices that are fully staffed with Medical Assistants, Nurse Midwifes, Nurse Practitioners, a Clinic Manager, and Front Desk staff. Their office also houses primary care physicians. 60% OB and 40% Gyn Three clinic days with built-in Administrative time Call is 1 : 7. Midwives take first call. Work Schedule : This will be fully discussed with the interested physician(s). Hospital : The Ob / Gyn physicians admit to a newly built, 300 bed, and very modern hospital. It has a Neonatal Unit. They also have Da Vinci Robotic Surgery equipment. This hospital also has private rooms for C-sections and surgeries. Availability : Ob / Gyn residents completing their training during 2025 and 2026, as well as Ob / Gyn physicians who already have work experience are all welcome to apply and will all be seriously considered. The starting base salary ranges from $300,000 to $325,000. (This will be fully discussed with the interested physician.) Their fringe benefits package includes : Paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage 403b retirement plan 3 weeks paid vacation to start 80 hours PTO CME - one week paid plus $2,000 Health Insurance Life Insurance Vision Insurance Dental Insurance Disability Insurance 1 week paid CME plus $2,000 Federal and State Student Loan Repayment The 2025 population of Chicago is estimated to be approximately 2,611,867.
