Video & Film Production Specialist (Remote US | $45 –$65 / hr)

A frontier AI lab is seeking experienced production and post-production specialists — including producers, directors, continuity experts, and VFX artists — to help ensure cinematic quality in multimedia workflows.

About the Role

Your expertise will play a critical role in shaping how AI systems learn from and generate film-quality outputs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and structure multimedia production pipelines for consistency and quality.
  • Maintain continuity across scenes and sequences for coherence.
  • Design and refine visual effects to enhance production realism.
  • Review AI-generated outputs and provide expert evaluation for polish and accuracy.

Ideal Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional experience in film, television, or multimedia production .
  • Proven track record in producing, directing, or post-production supervision.
  • Expertise in industry-standard tools : Adobe Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Nuke .
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to continuity and detail.
  • Ability to work asynchronously while delivering independently at a high level.

  • Commitment : Flexible, typically 30–40 hours / week.
  • Structure : Project-based contract, with potential for ongoing collaborations.

  • Paid weekly via Stripe Connect .
