Looking for an experienced and driven Commercial Insurance Sales Agent to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional with a proven track record in commercial insurance to grow new accounts and build a long-term career. We provide a steady stream of leads and a supportive team to help you succeed in a quota-driven environment.

Open to candidates that are sales driven and motivated to teach and train.

Key Responsibilities

Generate New Business : Actively pursue and acquire new commercial accounts, with qualified leads provided by the agency.

Customer Engagement : Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients, providing fast, competitive quotes and exceptional service.

Sales Targets : Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment.

Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

Client Support : Handle high call volumes with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.

Administrative Tasks : Use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) to manage client information and sales pipelines.
