Get paid to work with kids, 18 months to 12 years of age, as you teach them how to create art! Assist teachers in preparing for classes, assisting during classes, and keeping our studio and materials clean, neat, and organized!

This is a PART-TIME position.

Position start date : July 2025

Here's the lowdown :

  • We have mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekend hours available!
  • Skateboards, bikes, and roller skates are fun, but a reliable car of your own is even better.
  • Truly get a kick out of making a mess & believe kids should be messy too!
  • Be 18 years of age or older.
  • Interact with students during art classes, camps, and studio activities.
  • Work on your own during prep times
  • Are you enthusiastic, reliable, creative, and love working with kids? Then this job is for you!

    • Mission Critical Stuff :

  • Have excellent reading comprehension skills
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills; working well with others
  • Proactive is your middle name! (not literally), but the ideal candidate must be able to carry on tasks efficiently with little direction (obviously, there is a learning curve in the beginning!)
  • Can maintain a neat and organized work area
  • Don't mind cleaning up after others. Much of your time on this job is spent cleaning up messes. Applicant should be willing and able to clean up after the fun is over!
  • Frequently lift and carry boxes that weigh up to 25 lbs
  • Maintain a high degree of professionalism; take the position seriously, even if seasonal or temporary.
  • Must be an enthusiastic and reliable individual no wallflowers here !
  • During the school year : must be available at least two afternoons per week, and some evenings and weekends.
  • During the summer : must be available at least three mornings per week, and some evenings and weekends.

    Kidcreate Studio is an art studio just for kids. Our art classes are a great way to introduce children to the beautiful world of art! We provide a positive, self-esteem-building environment for children to explore the visual arts. Children get messy with paint, clay, and so much more!

    Specializing in children's art classes, camps, and art-themed birthday parties. At Kidcreate Studio, you will help children to create fridge-worthy masterpieces, learn art concepts, and experiment with many different art materials.

    Weekly classes, camps, workshops, and homeschool classes are age-specific and are tailored to provide each student with the curriculum that suits them best.
