Director of Logistics Operations

A company is looking for a Director of Logistics & Delivery Experience.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the delivery and shipping strategy, including carrier selection and optimization

Oversee and negotiate carrier contracts to ensure service excellence and cost efficiency

Establish metrics and dashboards to track performance and customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in logistics, delivery operations, or supply chain management, with 2+ years in a leadership role

Proven success in developing logistics or shipping strategies at scale

Experience managing carrier contracts and negotiations

Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of shipping metrics and customer experience drivers

Ability to influence and communicate effectively across cross-functional teams
