Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Client seeks Physician for part-time contract assignment starting November 17-December 29 at their Corporate Health clinic in Cocoa, FL. Provider will see ages 2+ for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and wellness visits. Hours are Monday 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm and Friday 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm,both with a 60-minute lunch break from 12-1pm, Wednesday 8 : 00am-12 : 00pm, and Thursday 8 : 00am-1 : 00pm. Thursday shifts will be worked at sister clinic located 17 miles away. Provider must be Board Certified and have 3+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to qualify for this assignment. Locums to perm is possible for the right provider. Current shifts are November 17, 19, 20, 21, 24, & 26 and December 1, 3, 4, 5, 8, 10, 11, 12, 15, 17, 18, 19, 22, 26, & 29.
