Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate for the Business Development Representative role will help us build strong client relationships from the ground up. Your focus will be generating and qualifying leads, starting conversations with prospective clients, and booking meetings for our leadership team. This individual demonstrates strong leadership capabilities, excelling in managing and motivating teams to achieve productivity targets while maintaining the highest standards of order accuracy and workplace safety. Key Responsibilities :

• Generate qualified opportunities : Create and leverage creative strategies to generate opportunities via calls, emails, and social outreach.
• Qualify prospects : Discover and understand prospect's business needs, challenges and opportunities with an established criterion
• Build relationships : with team members and prospective clients by driving value in every interaction.
• Collaborate with leadership on refining outreach messaging and strategy

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Pay Scale : $30.00- $40.00 per hour depending on experience

Benefits :

Work Hours : 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM Monday - Friday and overtime as needed
