Job descriptionIncentive-based model Salary for GYN only is $250,000 base; if doing OB also the salary would be higher. Earning Potential is $350k Sign-On Bonus Negotiable 4 weeks of PTO $1500 CME Allowance IRA contribution Paid malpractice Assistance with licensing costs / dues WFM to provide all the infrastructure to get your practice up and running, including office space & equipment, EMR, reception / administrative support, billing, staffing, and assistance in credentialing. Existing patient base at WFM will provide you with a strong foundation of patients in need of OBGYN care. Revenue sharing compensation model. Comfort with adolescent GYN care along with LGBTQ+ GYN care strongly preferred. OB component is optional (can do just GYN without OB) This position is meant to be flexible with the provider controlling how much or how little they want to work; this will determine how much they earn. Affiliated with NY Presbyterian, (Doing in-hospital deliveries is up to the provider- Deliveries are not required) Access professional development resources and educational programs offered by different facilities, staying updated with the latest medical practices and guidelines.
