Job Details
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Human Resources Supervisor to join our manufacturing team. This position is a permanent role and requires a bilingual candidate who is proficient in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Resources Management, full-cycle recruiting, payroll, and will have a thorough understanding of federal, state, and local labor laws. Experience in the agricultural and manufacturing sectors is highly desirable. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
1. Overseeing and managing all aspects of human resources operations in our manufacturing facility.
2. Conducting full-cycle recruiting to ensure the best talent is acquired and retained.
3. Managing payroll functions and ensuring all employees are compensated accurately and on time.
4. Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws to prevent legal issues and create a fair, compliant work environment.
5. Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
6. Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
7. Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
8. Maintaining knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
9. Communicating effectively with English and Spanish-speaking employees and stakeholders.
Qualifications
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources Management.
2. Proficiency in ADP and E-Verify systems.
3. Experience with payroll administration.
4. Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes.
5. Excellent understanding of federal, state, and local labor laws.
6. Experience in the agricultural and / or manufacturing sectors.
7. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
8. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
10. Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
