New Client Experience Team Associate

As a New Client Experience Team Associate within JP Morgan's U.S. Private Bank you will deliver an elevated, first-in-class welcome to new clients as they join the Private Bank. By partnering closely with Bankers and key stakeholders, the team ensures a seamless, personalized onboarding journey that sets clients up for long-term success and deepens relationships from day one.
Job Responsibilities
- Execute a curated set of welcome activities-including account review, personalized gifts, leadership notes, and welcome calls-to create a memorable first impression and operational excellence for every new client
- Foster strong partnerships across the Private Bank to drive awareness, support rollout initiatives, and ensure a consistent client experience in every market
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients, answering questions, sharing key information, and educating them on digital tools and Private Bank resources
- Collaborate with Banker Teams, Market Leaders, Client Service, Training, Operations, and Technology to ensure timely and consistent execution of New Client Experience tasks
- Gather client feedback and contribute actionable ideas to enhance the 'Becoming a Client' roadmap and overall onboarding process
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
