General Manager 3 - Environmental Services / Custodial

Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 3 - Environmental Services / Custodial to support our operations at Miami Jewish Health in Miami . The GM-EVSwill oversee the daily custodial and housekeeping operations by effectively managing the hourly employees, 2 Operations Managers and a clerk. Ability to partner with community leaders to deliver innovative solutions, as well as creating a clean, healthy and comfortable environment for the Residents, is essential in this management role. Bilingual candidates (Creole or Spanish) an added plus!

What You'll Do

• have exceptional client service mentality and executive presence;
• be responsible for driving client and resident satisfaction scores;
• provide a clean and safe environment for residents, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department;
• effectively manages the Unit Operating System; and
• support a diverse and inclusive workforce.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience – 5 years
