Job Description

• Create Tailored Therapy Plans : Assess patients' unique needs and establish individualized therapeutic strategies to support their functional aspirations.
• Implement Evidence-Based Interventions : Employ proven strategies to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily living tasks.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams : Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to provide holistic, patient-centered care.
• Guide Patients and Families : Educate both patients and their caregivers on therapeutic methods to bolster continued improvement at home.
• Document and Track Progress : Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure patients stay on track.
