You’re my first operational hire and will become my right hand as we scale from startup to growth mode.
Initially, you’ll own operations end-to-end while learning our sales playbook.
As we grow, you’ll build and lead the sales team while keeping operations humming.

This isn’t a VP role with a big team on day one. This is : "I’ll do whatever it takes to help us win." You’ll be in the trenches with me, handling support tickets one day, jumping on a $100K prospect call the next, then training a new sales rep on Friday.
You need to be comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and being the person who figures it out when something breaks. But you also need the strategic chops to build systems that scale beyond you.
