Commercial Manager, Transportation

We are looking for a dynamic Commercial Manager to play a pivotal role in the Delivery Partner (DP) function. You will develop and implement commercial strategies throughout the program lifecycle, including procurement, commercial and contract management, schedule management, supply chain management, cost verification, assurance, compliance, and ultimately commercial close. This position offers an exciting opportunity to oversee the commercial and financial aspects of large-scale transportation infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will excel in managing contract negotiations, budgeting, cost control, and risk management, ensuring the financial success of our projects. We seek a leader with a strong background in commercial management, preferably in the transportation sector, who is an excellent negotiator with outstanding analytical leadership skills. As a Transportation Commercial Manager, you can expect to :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in commercial leadership for large infrastructure projects or programs, including engineering, design-build, P3, project management, construction, project controls.
Proficiency in contract management tools, financial systems, and reporting platforms used to monitor budgets, forecasts, and project performance. Strong understanding of commercial and contractual frameworks, including risk management, change control, and procurement strategies within transportation infrastructure. Demonstrated experience working with public sector clients, such as Departments of Transportation (e.g., TDOT), and managing compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations.
