Marketing Manager Job at Curran Recruiting in Atlanta

We’re seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives across our client's portfolio of communities. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in driving traffic, increasing tours, and supporting successful lease-ups and community growth.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support lease-up marketing efforts in assigned markets.
• Act as the regional marketing expert, developing and executing strategic marketing plans.
• Partner with Community Managers, Regional Managers, and VPs to ensure traffic, lease goals, and budgets are achieved.
• Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including ILS management, SEO, paid ads, and social media campaigns.
• Analyze marketing performance data and provide actionable insights to optimize spend and results.
• Manage branding, collateral, and customer experience tools.
• Represent the company in industry panels and presentations when needed.
