Salary Range : $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 Salary / year
Starting Salary : $55,000 annualized
What you will do
- Serve as a trusted resource for team members and supervisors, addressing workplace concerns with sensitivity and confidentiality.
- Mediate and resolve disputes between team members or between team members and leadership in a fair and timely manner.
- Support disciplinary and corrective action processes, ensuring consistency, fairness, and alignment with organizational values.
- Track and report on employee relations trends, identifying areas of risk and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with PX and leadership to develop proactive strategies that support employee engagement, retention, and well-being.
What you will bring
Our ideal candidate will have 3+ years of related experience, preferably in a non-profit or social services setting, and the following :
Bachelor's degree preferredSHRM-CP or PHR preferredStrong understanding of employment law, trauma-informed care principles, and equity-centered HR practicesExceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to navigate sensitive situations with empathy and professionalismAbility to build trust and credibility across diverse teams and rolesAbility to understand and infuse a culture of equality and diversity across the organizationAt least 21 years of age and pass background check, physical, and drug screeningA valid driver's license, proof of current vehicle insurance, and reliable transportationWho we are
Cornerstones of Care is a mental and behavioral health nonprofit certified in trauma-informed care that provides evidence-based prevention, intervention, treatment, and support services to help children and families improve their safety and health by making positive changes in their lives.
