Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Communications & PR
- Develop integrated brand campaigns (digital / offline) to boost visibility and reputation.
- Lead media relations, PR events, and crisis management.
2. Content & Social Media
- Craft compelling brand narratives (stories, videos, blogs) aligned with our identity.
- Manage all social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Meta), analyze engagement, and optimize strategies.
3. Campaigns & Events
- Design and execute brand activations (e.g., pop-ups, collaborations) and internal culture initiatives.
- Plan paid advertising across channels (Google Ads, influencers).
4. Delivery Platform Partnerships
- Create promotions for third-party delivery apps (Uber Eats, DoorDash) to drive sales and visibility.
Qualifications
- Experience : 2+ years in brand marketing (food / hospitality preferred).
- Skills :
- Expertise in social media analytics (Hootsuite / Sprout Social).
- Proven success in scaling brand reach and engagement.
- Agile crisis response and creative problem-solving.
- Mindset : Data-driven storyteller passionate about food culture.
