HVAC / Refrigeration Supervisor

Join a well-established HVAC and refrigeration contractor with over 30 years of industry expertise, proudly serving Houston and the surrounding areas. We are seeking a HVAC / Refrigeration Supervisor to be based out of the Houston, TX area to lead a team of 11–13 technicians, provide technical support in the field, and oversee day-to-day operations. Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC / Refrigeration Supervisor position include :

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on HVAC / Refrigeration experience, particularly with commercial rooftop units, walk-ins, and reach-in coolers
• Strong leadership skills to supervise, support, and dispatch technicians across multiple job sites
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including stepping in when repeated service calls are unresolved
• Provide quotes, estimates, and oversight on installations and repair jobs
• Familiarity with light new construction, particularly in restaurant and retail environments
• Comfortable driving to various job sites or reporting to the office as needed (office located near Porter, TX)
• Manage daily scheduling, job oversight, and coordination with clients including major restaurant chains
• No certifications required, but must be confident and capable of handling complex HVAC / R systems in the field

Salary : $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
