Position : Entry-Level Drywall Framer
We are seeking motivated and dependable Entry-Level Drywall Framers to join our team in Williamstown, MA. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in commercial construction. No prior drywall experience is required-just a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and commitment to safety and quality.
Responsibilities :
Assist in measuring, cutting, and assembling framing for walls, ceilings, and partitions.
Support experienced framers with drywall installation and finishing tasks.
Learn to read and follow blueprints, drawings, and project instructions.
Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe job site.
Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
Uphold Optiline's mission and values through teamwork and professionalism.
Qualifications :
No prior drywall experience required-training will be provided.
Basic knowledge of hand and power tools a plus.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and eagerness to learn.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on your feet for extended periods.
Reliable transportation to job sites in the Williamstown, MA area.
Authorized to work in the United States.
