The University of Nevada, Las Vegas invites applications for the Manager of Continuing Medical Education (CME) Program, Office of Faculty Affairs, Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine [R0149032]
Role of the Position
The Manager of Continuing Medical Education (CME) Program exercises autonomous, critical thinking and judgment for planning, developing, and administering CME activities on behalf of the Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine. This position ensures all CME activities comply with accreditation requirements, standards / regulations, policies and procedures. Compliance oversight includes review of learning objectives, gap analysis, absence of commercial bias, conflicts of interest, and activity effectiveness. The Manager of CME Program is fiscally responsible for developing, managing, and reconciling budgets in accordance with organizational policies and procedures. Successful management requires excellent communication with the CME program, faculty, and clients.
