Field Service Engineer - CA, OR

Overview

Your role as a Field Service Engineer is to provide expert repair services for our technology solutions, delivering customer satisfaction and upholding safety standards. You are committed to ensuring the performance and longevity of customers' technology through your expertise, supporting operational success and advancement in industries relying on these technologies.

Responsibilities

• Report into the Operations Manager.
• Conduct planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various technical systems; diagnose issues to prevent equipment downtime.
• Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and document activities.
• Be the on-site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.

Qualifications

Location and Travel

Based at our customer center in Niagara Falls, NY. You will join a dynamic field service team, work remotely, and travel to visit customers within your designated area (California / Oregon). The expected salary range for this location is $35–$40 / hr.
