  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, health standards, and company quality guidelines.
  • Use data-driven methods to measure performance, track project outcomes, and drive decision-making.
  • Train, mentor, and coach plant personnel on continuous improvement methodologies and best practices.

What you bring

  • 5-10 years of experience in process improvement, manufacturing engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to interpret and apply data.
  • Proven project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive measurable change.
  • Technical knowledge of cereal and baking science, ingredient functionality, and processing equipment preferred.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and quality standards; HACCP and SQF experience preferred.
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, process mapping, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to train, mentor, and influence others.
