Regional Director of Financial Aid

A company is looking for a Regional Director of Financial Aid.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies focused on student retention and experience

Manage a team of Financial Aid Officers, ensuring operational efficiency and professional development

Oversee VA benefits approval and ensure high student satisfaction through effective service-level agreements

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years of Title IV aid administration experience

Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Financial Aid, including at least 4 years in a leadership role

High degree of professionalism and discretion with confidential information

Ability to drive execution of tasks and changes within an organization

Ability to travel out-of-state up to 5 times per year
