We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our pediatric therapy team. This role offers the opportunity to provide speech and language services in natural environments—children’s homes and daycares—where therapy is most impactful. We work with you to build a schedule that fits your availability while supporting families in their own communities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language delays or disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s developmental needs
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions in home and daycare settings
- Collaborate with early intervention teams to ensure holistic and coordinated care
- Educate and empower parents and caregivers for effective in-home carryover
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports using our streamlined system
Requirements
Licensed and certified Speech Language Pathologist (SC required; NC preferred)Experience in pediatric speech therapy, ideally in home or community settingsStrong communication skills and ability to build rapport with familiesFamiliarity with pediatric evaluation tools and treatment techniquesAbility to adapt therapy to diverse personalities and developmental profilesCommitment to professional growth and best practices in speech-language pathologyJob Type : Contract
