Project Manager

Experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and in applying AI technologies appropriately within projects to support business objectives and enhance project outcomes. (This is to support Salesforce and AI)

7+ years of experience in Project Management Principles, Understanding of methodologies like Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Lean. Familiarity with project life cycle, from planning and execution to monitoring, controlling, and closure.

7+ years of experience in Knowledge of how to identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact project success.

7+ years of experience in familiarity with quality standards and processes to ensure project deliverables meet expected quality benchmarks.

5+ years of experience in project management software tools like ADO, MS Project, or JIRA.

3+ years of experience in budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost management.

Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.

Ability to analyze situations, data, and feedback to make informed decisions.

capability to adjust to changing project scopes, deadlines, and requirements smoothly.

Ability to mediate disputes within the team or with external parties to maintain a positive working environment.

• Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00 / hr.
