Procurement Professional
The Enterprise Services Procurement team is seeking a strong Procurement Professional to manage medium- and high-complexity external procurements supporting internal and customer requirements. This role procures non-production goods and services for RTX's business units and Corporate functions. The Computer Software Procurement Team operates in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, leveraging metrics to drive value across the end-to-end procurement process. The team manages sourcing through payment for computer software, hardware, and related services. The ideal candidate has experience in non-production procurement, sourcing, purchase order execution, and process improvement, including terms and conditions negotiations, supplier management, price analysis, proposal support, and supply chain compliance. The candidate should also demonstrate the ability to influence supplier performance and deliver exceptional service to business partners.

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.
