Pay range $285,719-$333,277

Our team

We have multiple primary care openings across our 12,000 square mile service area. From small towns of 1,000 residents to larger communities of 50,000-plus, there are opportunities for a variety of practice models, including :

  • Family Medicine (with or without OB) in Omak
  • Family Medicine in Tonasket
  • Family Medicine in Moses Lake
  • Women’s Primary Care in Wenatchee
  • Internal Medicine in Wenatchee

All opportunities :

  • Offer a four or five day work week
  • Are seeking board-certified or board-eligible physicians
  • Offer robust loan repayment options
  • Require the ability to obtain an active license in Washington State
  • Are seeking concise and compassionate communication skills to educate patients and families
  • Offer Epic EMR
  • Want providers who value high quality care and work life balance
  • Are looking for the ability to thoroughly document and maintain comprehensive patient records

  • Compensation : First year salary guarantee based on MGMA / AMGA median, RVU production in year two. Placement in a starting range is based on training, experience, certifications, etc. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidate’s qualifications.
