We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Sales Assistant to work directly with one of our senior executive sales leaders. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you'll play a critical part in managing daily operations, supporting executive priorities, and ensuring a seamless, VIP-level experience for our clients. What You'll Do :

• Partner directly with the Executive Sales Leader to manage daily priorities and workflows
• Schedule appointments and maintain an accurate, up-to-date calendar
• Prepare and organize sales-related paperwork and documentation
• Answer and manage client calls with professionalism and urgency
• Coordinate in-company vehicle transport and vendor / service appointments
• Perform general office administrative support as needed
• Assist with social media marketing and brand promotion (if applicable)
• Conduct after-sale follow-up to ensure client satisfaction
