Benefits Specialist – Full Time, Onsite | Chicopee, MA

💰 Up to $65,000 / year + Annual Raises

Are you an experienced Benefits Specialist looking for your next opportunity in a fast-paced, high-impact role? We’re seeking a dedicated professional to support benefits administration for an organization of over 1,000 employees!

What You’ll Do :

• Administer and support employee benefits programs (health, dental, vision, retirement, etc.)
• Act as the primary point of contact for benefits inquiries and issue resolution
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth benefits operations
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulations and policies

What We’re Looking For :

✅ Experience in a benefits-focused role recently (required)

✅ Background supporting high volume employee populations

✅ Strong systems / HRIS skills

✅ Excellent customer service and communication abilities
