As a Production Supervisor, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on the production floor. You'll :

• Lead with purpose : Supervise and support a team of hourly production employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Drive safety and compliance : Champion safety protocols, environmental policies, and company guidelines. Host safety meetings, investigate incidents, and promote best practices.
• Develop your team : Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance employee performance. Create clear expectations and hold team members accountable.
• Optimize operations : Monitor productivity, implement lean manufacturing principles (5S, Six Sigma, TPM), and perform root-cause analyses to address operational challenges.
• Own it : Oversee timekeeping, payroll reviews, and ensure compliance with all site pay policies.

Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
