Production Supervisor - Night Shift

Job Description :

• This position is responsible for supervising and guiding production personnel to achieve on-time and quality manufacturing.                                              Duties and Responsibilities :   Lead production personnel by providing supervision and training, scheduling work, resolving problems, and providing direction, discipline and evaluations.
• Identify staffing needs, interview, and recommend employee selection.
• Work toward the achievement of department, site, and company goals in production, quality, and other standards.
• Monitor and report daily production results, such as downtime, efficiencies, material shortage, and waste.
• Interact with other internal functional departments, such as Quality and Engineering, to solve issues and improve productivity.
• Ensure compliance to standards such as time and attendance, safety, SOP (standard operating procedures), and housekeeping practices.

Apply expertise in resolving problems associated with production and procedures.
