Description

• Lead preconstruction planning, including cost estimating, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.
• Oversee bid solicitation and subcontractor selection processes.
• Review and analyze construction documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Provide value engineering recommendations to optimize project costs and timelines.
