Job Description

Manage all phases of multifamily construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met. Oversee on-site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports. Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure seamless project execution. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients and vendors. Ensure alignment with company goals and project objectives. Mentor and guide team members to enhance overall performance and efficiency.

A successful Multifamily Construction Project Manager should have :
