Job Description

Lead planning, budgeting, and procurement processes. Oversee subcontractors, schedules, and safety compliance. Manage client communication and stakeholder updates. Drive project closeout, ensuring all deliverables are achieved.

5-10 years' PM experience with a proven track record delivering multifamily residential or office interiors. We value the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships. Skilled at client-facing communication, proactive problem solving, and balancing field and office coordination.
