Job Summary
The Field Marketing Manager National Programs will lead the design, execution, and optimization of strategic multi-channel marketing campaigns across the AMER region. This role is responsible for driving pipeline and revenue growth through event planning, campaign management, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, results-driven marketer with extensive experience in campaign execution using Salesforce and marketing automation tools. You will be the pivotal marketing lead supporting overlay sales teams, managing cross-functional communication, and ensuring seamless event operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and communicate quarterly multi-channel marketing campaigns (events, direct mail, virtual, tradeshows, roadshows) to drive pipeline and revenue.
- Own pipeline metrics and manage the marketing-to-sales funnel, tracking lead generation through to pipeline conversion.
- Lead end-to-end campaign execution including project management, vendor coordination, timelines, budgets, and program optimization.
- Analyze performance data for national campaigns; provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Serve as the strategic marketing partner for AMER overlay sales teams, facilitating alignment and clear communication with field and cross-functional partners.
- Manage AMER FMM operations, including marketing apps, swag store, and the regional marketing calendar.
