NERC Compliance Specialist (O&P) [Remote]

The full pay range for this role is $105,100 to $175,000 annually. The target range for this position is $126,000 to $147,105 annually. We generally base our salary decisions on factors such as internal equity, candidate work and leadership experience, educational credentials, and in some cases, candidate work location.

Scope of Job : Promotes the reliability of the Bulk Power System through rigorous compliance with applicable NERC standards monitoring and enforcement activities and functions as a team member for internal and external audit preparation. Ensures relevant, valid, reliable, stacking, and sufficient evidence is available to demonstrate compliance. EDF NERC Compliance Services Group supports both EDF and Third-Party assets.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

Supervision of Others : No direct reports

Working Conditions : 85% of time is spent in the office environment, utilizing computers (frequent use of various Microsoft software / programs), phones, and general office equipment. 15% of time is spent outside of the office visiting EDF and Third-Party sites in addition to attending various conferences and meetings.

Fiscal Responsibilities : Operates within budget
