Data Quality & Governance Developer

As a Data Quality & Governance Developer, you will make an impact by ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of healthcare data across enterprise systems. You will be a valued member of the Healthcare Data Engineering team and work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders including data analysts, engineers, and business leaders. In this role, you will :

• Design and implement data governance controls to validate record counts, financial fields, and data consistency across platforms.
• Lead initiatives to standardize data quality across Azure Databricks, Data Lake, and Unix environments.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data validation and reporting.
• Create actionable insights through BI dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.

Salary and Other Compensation : Applications will be accepted until October 22, 2025. The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 - $120,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
