Job Description

Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to align with overall business strategies. Requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 4 years of experience or equivalent in the field. Familiar with relational database and client-server concepts. Uses experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complex tasks. May lead and direct Contractor staff. Creativity and latitude are expected.

Qualifications

The purpose of this request is to procure Business Systems Analysis Services to support the Business Intelligence / Data Warehouse Program (BI / DW). The BI / DW is an enterprise program providing data for strategic and tactical analytics. The role involves analyzing and documenting SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) standards, processes, procedures, tools, techniques, and training for users. The documentation aims to establish rigorous support for SSRS use, involving technical writing and regular interaction with staff.
