Drivers earn an average of 68-70 CPM, with a guaranteed minimum weekly pay of $1,200, giving you the financial security you need.

Freight runs throughout the Northeast, excluding NYC, covering routes from the lower parts of Maine to Atlanta, Georgia, and as far west as Illinois. The fleet features late-model Freightliner Cascadias, fully equipped to keep you comfortable on the road. Trucks include Sirius XM, a refrigerator, a 24-inch flat-screen TV, a 1500-watt inverter, APU, and double bunks if you choose to have a rider with you. All trucks are automatic, ensuring a smooth and efficient drive.

Orientation is a 2.5-day process designed to be straightforward and driver-focused. Travel expenses are covered, and drivers receive a private hotel room along with meals. Orientation pay is $250, ensuring a smooth transition into the role.

Drivers are paid weekly every Friday and have access to a full benefits package, including health insurance, vacation and holiday pay, safety bonuses, and the convenience of E-Z Pass and I-Pass. To qualify, drivers must have a valid Class A CDL, be at least 21 years old, and meet experience requirements. This includes three months of OTR experience in the last 12 months, six months of OTR or local experience in the past year, or one year of OTR experience within the last three years. Candidates must live within 75 miles of Harrisburg, PA (zip code 17101).
