Job Details

Currently seeking a Building Automation Account Executive / Sales Engineer to join an established Building Energy Solutions provider in the Boston market.

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven individual to join our team and drive our mission to create smarter, more efficient buildings.

Job Details

  • Estimate, plan, specify, and negotiate building automation and energy services solutions in both the new construction and retrofit markets.
  • Develop long-term business to business relationships with BAS customers by providing consulting support to architects, engineers, contractors, and owners for building control and mechanical systems.
  • Interface with company engineers and technicians to ensure successful project implementation.
  • Provide industry presentations and seminars to educate and influence the consulting, contracting, and building engineering communities.
  • Call on customers that include but are not limited to, data centers, hospital and healthcare facilities, government buildings, school districts, and higher education buildings.

MUST HAVE :

  • Engineering undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Building Controls and / or Mechanical systems experience
  • Proven Sales experience in BAS
  • Knowledge of DDC Control Theory & Applications and Mechanical systems

NICE TO HAVE :

Johnson Controls or Honeywell experience
