Hospitality Manager
The Hospitality Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and food quality, and managing the staff to achieve business goals.
Key responsibilities include :
- Managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and resolving any customer complaints promptly.
- Monitoring and managing restaurant finances, including sales, expenses, and profitability.
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase customer traffic and revenue.
- Training and supervising staff to ensure they provide excellent service and adhere to company policies.
Requirements :
Proven experience as a Hospitality Manager or similar role in the restaurant industry.Strong leadership and management skills.Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations and food and beverage service.Ability to manage budgets and control costs.Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle customer complaints effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
