Our concepts include Roanoke (135 W Madison), Grill on 21 (208 S La Salle), Bandol (100 W Monroe), La Bella (120 W Monroe), and The 101 (101 E Erie) — a growing group known for great food, warm hospitality, and a commitment to excellence.

About the Role :

As General Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring a high standard of quality for both front-of-house and back-of-house teams. We’re looking for a hands-on leader with at least 4  years of experience as a General Manager who excels at managing restaurant operations, financial performance, and outstanding guest service. You’ll inspire your team and foster a positive, professional environment every day.

What You Bring :

In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, financial management, and systems

Proven organizational and leadership abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Ability to stand and walk for 8–12 hours per shift

Capacity to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical tasks required in a busy restaurant environment
