Salary : $130,000 - $150,000

Our client, a well-respected organization in Kern County, CA, is seeking a Controller to oversee their accounting and finance operations. This is a key leadership role with the opportunity to manage financial reporting, internal controls, and strategic financial planning.

Responsibilities :

• Manage all accounting operations, including AP, AR, general ledger, and payroll
• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes and preparation of financial statements
• Develop, monitor, and report on budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal policies, and applicable regulations
• Implement and maintain internal controls and process improvements
• Collaborate with executive leadership to provide financial insights for decision-making
• Supervise and mentor accounting and finance staff
