At Remove and Replace Solar , we are seeking a motivated part-time Sales Development Representative to connect with businesses and introduce them to the benefits of solar energy.   • Valid driver's license
  • Professional demeanor and organization skills
  • Good computer skills
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A self-starter with a passion for sales and clean energy solutions
  • Previous B2B sales, telemarketing, or lead generation experience is preferred

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT AS OUR PART-TIME SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE?

As a Sales Development Representative, your day is centered around connecting with businesses and identifying opportunities for solar partnerships. You make outbound calls to roofing companies, introducing them to how solar energy can expand their services and boost their revenue. You build and maintain relationships, educating potential partners about the advantages of solar integration. As you engage with clients, you set appointments for our sales team to present customized solar partnership programs. Keeping track of your leads and follow-ups in our CRM system, you work diligently to meet and exceed outreach and appointment-setting goals.
